superb location on the Old Street, quick access to walking trails, unique wooden bathtub
Hot water availability is quite limited!!! The bathroom, though clean, feels dated and could use some modern touches!!! It's too chilly at night without any heating in the room!!!

Just a fine choice for an overnight stay in Fenchihu with good value. The wooden bathtub in the room was a nice extra touch. Make sure to grab a bento before heading out for the day.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved the tours, especially the one seeing fireflies and the morning sightseeing. The location is perfect and close to everything. Don’t miss the bento box. it’s a must-try! The staff is super friendly and offered great suggestions for our stay.
One hiccup was the limited hot water hours, which made it tricky to plan showers after our long days.

Fenchihu is an excellent option for travelers visiting Alishan National Park. The Japanese tatami room features a unique wooden soaking tub with herbal soaks provided, enhancing the overall experience. The hotel’s proximity to local dining options was convenient, and the custom bento purchased was exceptional. Guests also enjoy a walking tour to see fireflies during certain seasons at no extra charge.

Charming getaway close to nature
Super cozy spot just a quick walk from the bus and local eats! The walking trail tour was an awesome extra, and that herbal soaking tub was a nice touch after a long day. They give out some sweet packed lunches too but be ready for chilly nights with no heater. Perfect for nature lovers!

The room featured a traditional wooden bathtub, adding a unique touch to the stay. Located just a short walk from the bus stop and local eateries, it’s perfectly situated for exploring. The daily complimentary soup with the bento box was a delightful surprise, making meal times enjoyable. However, it's crucial to time your showers, as hot water is only available during specific hours, and the bathroom, while clean, showed signs of age. The tranquility of the village may not suit everyone, especially those seeking a nightlife scene.
